Our instructional Clinics and Camps are geared toward the individual and the team. We focus on developing seven key areas:
1)Conditioning, 2) Ball Handling, 3) Passing & Catching, 4) Defense, 5) Shooting, 6) Offensive Moves, and 7) Attitude.
We pay strong attention to the basics and reinforcing the fundamental skills needed for building a good basketball player.
1. Conditioning
Basketball conditioning is an integral part of building a complete ball player.
2. Ball Handling
Being able to handle the basketball is a value to any team and individual.
3. Passing & Catching
Learning how to pass and catch are two under developed aspects of most of today’s players.
4. Defense
We spend time teaching defensive theory and application for man and zone defense.
5. Shooting
We help develop and perfect individual shooting styles.
6. Offensive Moves
We practice and sharpen individual offensive moves.
7. Attitude
We display and promote the appropriate approach to practice and skill development.
